Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfilment location in Barcelona, Spain, using carriers selected through Sendcloud.

Where we ship to
We currently ship within the European Union only. We are not yet able to deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira or the Azores, as these fall outside the EU customs territory or require separate handling. We also do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the United States. If your country is not available at checkout, email hello@wackywanders.com and we will let you know when we open it.

Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within up to 3 business days. During busy periods this may take longer, and we will tell you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery estimates
Delivery times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs
Shipping is charged by parcel weight and destination, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over EUR 75 shipped within mainland Spain qualify for free shipping.

Customs, duties and import taxes
All of our current destinations are inside the European Union customs union, so no customs duties or import charges apply to your order.

Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@wackywanders.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered or returned to us because of an incorrect address, and reshipment costs in those cases may be your responsibility.

Split shipments
Orders with several items may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.
