Relationship with Shopify
Shopify processes personal information submitted at checkout (payment details, billing and shipping address, order confirmation) in order to provide secure payment processing and order fulfilment infrastructure. Shopify may also use data from your interactions with our store, together with other merchants, to provide certain enhanced features (such as fraud prevention or, if enabled, personalised advertising). For these purposes, Shopify acts as an independent controller and is responsible for its own processing.
Relationship with Framer
Our storefront pages (product listings, descriptions, images, and general browsing) are built and hosted on Framer infrastructure. Framer may collect technical and usage information (such as device, browser, and analytics data) needed to serve and operate the site. Framer acts as our processor for this hosting function.
Cookies
Both our Framer-hosted storefront and Shopify-hosted checkout may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising. Essential cookies are required for the site and checkout to work and are always active. Where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how our site is used, and the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These technologies set cookies and send information about your visit, such as pages and products viewed and purchases made, to Google and Meta, which process that information for their own purposes as independent controllers. We do not load these technologies before you consent, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our site.
Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may link to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of sites we do not control. Review their policies before providing any information.
Children's Data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us to request deletion.
Security and Retention
No security measures are perfect. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and accounting record-keeping requirements under Estonian law), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or port your personal information, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails.
If you reside in the UK or European Economic Area, you additionally have the right to object to or restrict processing of your personal information for certain purposes, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally one month under the GDPR).
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we process your personal information, contact us first using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Estonia, this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
International Transfers
We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including to service providers such as Shopify, Framer, Sendcloud, Google, and Meta, which may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the destination country has been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection.
